Does wellburtin treat bipolarness?

Wellbutrin is prescribed for depression not bi-polar disorder. (what is bipolarness??) They prescribe it mainly for the depression part of bi-polar, not for the manic chunk..
wellburtin doesn't, but welbutrin can treat bipolar disorder. The depression part at least.
