It's a 'feel good' drug, make you feel excited, a bit shivery (shivers up the spine sometimes), happy (most of the time) and you can dance for hours (which is why folks take it at raves).

It doesn't usually make you hallucinate but different pills make different effects. Sometimes you can be aware of like your eyes are 'wobbly' and although you don't normally hallucinate, it can make your phantasm a bit dodgy.
