Energy Boosters?
Do you know any vitality supplements etc that actually work?
Answer: No, they are mostly a pile of nonsense, drink properly, sleep well, drink plenty of water and create love a lot ... you'll do fine. Oh, and cut out caffeine after 5pm :o).
vitamin b complex supplements releases the energy of the food that you chomp through, but perhaps you need to guzzle the kind of food from which energy can be released.
There be some 'guru' who claimed this about breakfast:
There were 3 types of foods.
1) Instant drive. This was sugar, honey etc
2) medium burn enthusiasm. this was the stuff that gave you a constant see like fruit
3) slow release - something like protein, which also go towards cell growth.
My mum, when she was at Weight watchers, was told to increase the amount of protein during the time, and start of with 2 oz, then hold four and then finally six with her evening breakfast time. Any help?.
depends when you need the animation? i always suffered from tiredness on the morning but never ate breakfast as i was never hungry. I started consumption breakfast even though i wasn't 'feeling' hungry and hey presto, cured. i go to using vitamin b complex-seems to help-not going to give you energy boosts but adjectives around stamina Berocca! i swear to god it works... or you could make your own concoction, guaurana, ginseng vit c. holland and barratt!.
