The problem is due to low body rotund
(Since I dont have any insulation, I'm basically losing grill all the time)

My feet receive so cold and uncomftable that it keeps me from being competent to sleep quite often...

I enjoy tried taking capsules of ginger and cayenne..

Any other ideas?

Answer:    you can grasp a mattress warmer. I use one in the winter and it keep me very warm. probably this is what you need.

Iron heats up the system, i'd be interested to see what your iron count is. as, oodles women are thin, and probably do not have the problems you hold. try to take some iron tablets. chelated iron is best. go to robustness food store, and tell them. -- i think i might be right nearly your iron count..
Kilt Hose,

Wear as Bed Socks..
something as simple as drinking the recommended amount of water per day might lend a hand improve your circulation. niacin can provide a temporary warm rush as it dilates blood vessels. FreshB,
Much as one of the others stated. You mention genetic disorder? If not Thyroid related? You may want to also have a 'fasting glucose' trial for Hypo or Hyperglycemia.
If checked me lately? I've been dealing with both, which finally required surgery. Removal of the thyroid. Which later unfortunately lead to Hypoglycemia.
Both cause me to be soo cold that hand & feet turned blister red or white. With the glycemia. I very soon get extremely cold then hot after meal or if I haven't eaten when I should.
As for helping those cold feet? Get this adjectives checked. Wear 'Vick's Vapor Rub' & thick socks. Helped me a lot. Not greatly sexy odour though..
How do you know the problem is due to low body fat? Have you been examined by a doctor? Low body margarine does not usually have that effect. Low body fat usually funds higher metabolism, which SHOULD translate to more body heat. My guess is within is something else going on.

If you happen to be skinny, doesn't mean you own low body fat. And if your diet includes a lot of sugar, or simple carbs, your body lubricant could be higher than you realize.

Perhaps you don't get adequate exercise. Twenty minutes of aerobic exercise three times per week, help increase your metabolism.

You may also have poor circulation may also be cause by blockages in the blood stream, calcium deposits, inflamation in blood vessel or other issues.

OPC tends to help contained by the last case, and also own an effect on blood sugar and cholesterol levels. http://www.getopc3.info.
Perhaps you need some blood thinners such as fish grease and garlic oil to improve your circulation. simply wondering, is the disease graves disease?.
Are you active? It might just be poor circulation from torpor.

Also low thyroid can cause this.

And if you have low blood pressure you might want to start taking a low dose of aspirin on a daily basis to thin your blood a little.

But lots of women experience this. I reckon it is almost an evolutional flaw, our bodies are warm at the core to make them best for child deportment. This theory seems to explain the cold hand and feet..
there is an amino tart named L-Arginine, that will increase blood flow. Its relativly cheap and does work when taken right.

Vitamins that improve circulation are: vitamin C, E and as you would expect all the B vitamins especially vitamin B3 in the form of niacin. Herbal supplements that advance circulation: Ginkgo, Garlic and Ginger are the best.

You should verify these with your health guardianship specialist before taking anything.
