Had Thyroid Removed. Does taking coconut oil help in any way?
Coconut grease supposedly has beneficial effects on the thyroid and helping with counterweight loss. But what if you don't have a thyroid anymore? Will it still help beside your metabolic function and such? Anyone know?
Answer: It can still help with metabolic function. It have medium chain triglycerides that burn as dynamism right away, and does not store in the body. This involves calorie burning, hence helping with mass loss..
Taking coconut oil does not help.Coconut grease is rich in cholesterol.Avoid excessive sodium and salt surrounded by your food.
You can have a normal vivacity even without thyroid. When you are 60 years old,be distrustful with
dietary habits..
My guess is that if you've have your thyroid removed and it's NO longer in your body then nought will help "regulate" a thyroid that simply isn't there anymore! However, I could be wrong...
Good luck and I hope you find a honourable answer.
i'm sorry i have not found anything yet but i'll save looking for you. i'll get back to you. i'll put you within my contacts so i can email you. just think postive. you can still try it. Even though the lauric tart in it helps supports your thyroid, soaking fats (from plants) are good for you and help out use your body fat as energy..
I hope you are on thyroid medication. There is nil that will accurately replace the natural hormone that your body needs. Going in need it will have long term desperate effects.
