Has anyone here had Colon Cleansing?
What did they do and did you see results? What nice of doctor? I did take a natural supplement call colon cleansing from but noticed nothing. I drink tons of river with fresh lemons all hours of daylight and 2-3 cups of green or black tea a day but what else can I do?
Answer: I agree with Sonya. Not with the sole purpose is it worthless but can be harmful if it removes your natural bacterial organisms that reside contained by your intestines.
Sister I will tell you this once you have a unadulterated Colon Cleansing you will know it and you won't forget it, P.S. It does not hurt.unless you get the nurse with a rucksack full of whatever that stuff is and it has a long tip and they squeeze adjectives of that fluid into your stomach and you can figure out the rest. Good luck! That is not healthy for you..
your body have it's own cleansing system called pooping. you really don't need anything else. don't listen to that alien age medicinal crap. YES!! but i didnt go to a doctor and do it... we had to do ao colon cleanse when we go through massage school. what you call for to do is go a brown rice fast for 4 days. during those four days you can guzzle as much plain brown rice(no butter, salt, nothing) as you wish. twice a morning you need to take psyllium. to do this you want to get powder psyllium and mix it in sea, drink it fast other wise it clumps up. what this does is straighten out the regea surrounded by your colon. every night for the four days you need to dispense your self an enima. also cold showers in the morning, and hot baths at night. drink at lowest possible 100 oz of water everyday!
I know this sounds really weird, but im describing you it works and you dont have to apy a drs bill at the end of it..
I never own, it is fairly harmless. The side effects will be loss of money. The singular possible gain from this would be if you physically enjoyed the feeling of have fluids pushed into your rectum.
Otherwise its a complete waste of time.
