I bought some mahakea kava root powder from kona kava plant: www.konakavafarm.com. They claim that their product is quite potent. When it finally arrived i tried a recipe with 4 tablespoons of kava powder. blended surrounded by in a blender for 4 mins, then strained out the excess root. after 1 hour I feel absolutely no effects from this kava. Anyone else disapointed with this brand of kava?
