Has EFT worked for anybody on here?
You know, drumbeat certain acupuncture points on your body while saying sure phrases to clear out your mind. Has it helped anybody? Just wondering

Its approaching .treatment thru NERVES..
I use it sometimes in my massage psychotherapy and during Reiki sessions. its weird, but it works if you do it right
