Headaches that end adjectives daytime, alternative medicine?

For 2 weeks now I have had rigidity headaches that last the whole daytime! Last time I had my blood pressure taken I was told it was a bit high. I'm not sure if this is linked? I have a dr appointment tomorrow but I prefer to look at alternative methods for anguish. I've tried taking kalms, green tea, tiger balm! Yet my headaches continue :(

Man after reading the majority of people on here own it together and know what they are talking about. Kudos. I agree with Rachel. And yeah, high blood pressure can trade name you have headaches. Do you have any problems next to your eyes? Do you need glasses? Maybe you spend too much time in front of the computer and that can bother your eyes too, or allergies...etc...it's markedly wise to at least go to the doctor and see what the problem could be!
