Any home remedies that could abet?
I don't have lemon , apple cider vinegar and a few other things at home.
I do have honey, black & white pepper and some other stuff.

Please don't suggest going to the doctors.
Thank you.

Answer: Weeeell, please go buy some limes or lemons?? You might reckon that i'm daft but a sure fire way to nip a cough or a cold in the bud .. is to slice a lime or lemon into station, squeeze the juice into a cup of warm river and add organic honey to tang (honey has antiobiotic properties) and sip on that..... then, suck on another 1/4 of a lime or lemon rinsing your mouth out thoroughly afterwards to protect your teeth from the acerbic
The vitamin C content of limes and lemons is so potent that it does a fine job of eliminating a cough and cold symptoms by bolstering your immune system
Just gotta be brave girl and suk on those limes.
Eat more foods rich surrounded by vitamin C ~ in particular, limes and lemons, also oranges, strawberries, blueberries, tomatoes, leafy and green vegies, red and green pepper
vitamin C will bolster your immunity and help to torch those foul cold and flu germs
Loads of freshly squeezed juices are good too
Pump up your fresh filter water intake as the happiest and healthiest body will always be the most hydrated one
Avoid sugar as microbes will only multiply and feed on sugar. Also avoid B complex thieve such as caffeine, tea, sodas and soft drinks, alcohol ..... all these things will also do a great job of dehydrating you
Paradoxically otc cold and flu meds and aspirin will also do a fine career of robbing you of your B complex of vitamins as well as your precious supplies of Vitamin C.
Take a B complex supplement as the B complex of vitamins are essential for healthy neural digestive and immune system functioning and will assist your body contained by dealing with stress of being not a hundred percent .... take one even after you recover
Ensure you are drinking or consumption something with Beta - carotene in it day by day to heal quicker and in adjectives to prevent further colds, as Vitamin A will aid in the proper function of the immune system, shorten the duration of illnesses and generally bolster the vigour of the mucosal lining of your ear nose and throat ie: carrott liquid, pumpkin soups, eggs.
Eucalyptus oil has long be respected for its ability to lower temperatures and relieve the respiratory tract by loosening and removing mucus during attacks of bronchitis, coughs, flu, sinusitis and throat infections. Its antiviral and antibacterial action will deter further growth of the bacteria or virus
Put a capfull of eucalyptus grease into a hot bath and soak in that for 15 - 20 minutes luxuriously inhaling the steamy wonderfull smoke.... this will help enormously contained by loosening congestion and mucus from your chest and respiratory tract.

Caution ~ Do not use eucalyptus oil if you suffer from epilepsy or lofty blood pressure .... if either is the case simply substitute near tea tree oil which is also a brilliant antiviral and antibacterial Also do not use eucalyptus oil if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or on infants or young at heart children under 5 years of age Under no circumstances should you ever ingest eucalyptus oil

CHEERS
.
A never-fail hot toddy. In a cup put juice of 1/2 lemon (or 1 tblspn lemon juice), plus
2 tblspns honey, plus 1 shot sherry or rum or
brandy. Fill next to hot water and drink as hot as you can stand it.
2) A good alternative is to cut up one onion
and saute surrounded by butter until browned. Turn off
burner, let cool and pour 1/2 cup honey over and mix. Keep this on mitt for colds, sore throats and coughs. When needed, put some in a cup and add hot river and drink, (eat the onion bits also.).
We used to gargle (or drink) equal parts whiskey and honey - it's probably not recommended anymore, though. It was really merely a couple tablespoons of each. Not much different than cough syrup, and the BEST thing I've ever tried. It soothed coughs, and sore throats. Vitamin C help some people, but you have to clutch about 500 mg every hour, for a day or two. Salt hose is the old stand by. Makes you want to vomit, but put several tablespoons of salt surrounded by warm water and gargle several times throughout the time. And sleep! As much as possible until your thing tomorrow! There are two effective treatments for cough. One is unyielding to get ahold of. One is easy. The more impressive one is codeine, usually in the form of vicodin cough syrup. You ain't getting that without a doctor's scrawl. The other is menthol. Halls metho-lyptus is what you want.
And you SHOULD go see your doctor. It could be strep throat. Back before antibiotics made getting sick no big promise, strep throat killed lots and lots of people every year. If it turns into bronchitis, you DEFINITELY should see a doctor..
