Answer: Hot compresses several times a day. My doctor also recommended using Johnson's Baby shampoo to wash the lid - just a dab.
If it doesn't budge away, get a referral from your doctor to see an eye specialist. He/she will lance, drain and probably some cream for healing. It sounds horrid, yet it feel so much better after lanced.
My doctor also told me to keep my fingers away from my eyes - the germs plug scratch duct and bam, a sty or chalazion.
