Answers:    powerfully first off, THC (stuff that gets you high) is not soluble in hose. So making "weed tea" in water is completley out of the picture.

However, THC is soluble in hydrophobic substances similar to lipids (oil, fat), hexanes and alcohols.

You could make tea, but there are some major cons to doing so.
First past its sell-by date, its really innefficient to make a tea that would be considered "tasty". You would either have to sip a nice heat cup of cooking oil, isospropyl rubbing alcohol, liquid butane, or 100% grain alcohol for it to be relatively well-run. So im assuming, none of those tea recipes sound to apetizing.

So on to the next.."pleasurable weed tea". Your most efficient and enjoyable way would be to craft Cannabis butter (look up recipes on Google) and melt it into a coffee or similar beveridge to make a nice drink. Simple, short and sweet. Next would be making "Cannabis cloying whipping cream" (again use Google) and having that on a nice Cappachino or latte. yum! Further down the road would be dissolving you weed into a high proof alcohol (75.5%-90% alcohol) and then making some kindly of drink to mix with that. The least efficient instrument would be to just cook your weed into whole milk. (once again, use Google)

In short, its all more or less finding a medium in which THC can readily be absorbed while keeping within mind that it has to be drinkable. Like i said, the most efficient liquids are oil, hexanes and alcohols, but those are probably the least enjoyable in a cup of tea.

Remember that wet wont work, so essentially you cant make a "tea"...but with milk or butter or whipping cream you could make a "chai-tea"

the components of the herb will be lost if you try to make it tea because the good part is margarine soluble. in theory you can warm it surrounded by oil and extract the good part and scorch that into brownies, but tea will not work.

be careful, eating or drinking the herb can make you really sick sometimes.

If weed were legalized then you wouldnt be 'supporting mexican cartels and ethnic group who kill people'. If you pay taxes youre also supporting people who snuff people. But be sure and use a milk or oil based fluid or make it with vodka as it extracts the thc and regular water doesnt.

You would own to use milk (the fattier the better!) instead of water. THC is fat soluble, not water soluble. So you could boil some weed within whole milk for awhile to extract a lot of the THC. You could add hot chocolate mix or something. Just boiling it surrounded by water WILL NOT work, however.
