How does ginger prolong bleeding?
Answer: Theoretically ginger makes your platelets less "sticky" and might be a problem for empire who tend to bleed easily or are taking anticoagulant medications. Garlic and gingko own been simiilarly impugned. I don't feel that this is a problem for ordinary people, but those with anay disorder where on earth bleeding is a problem should probably avoid it..
To my understanding "ginger" is a stimulant that comes from the root of ginger. Also a laxative, a cleanser so it speeds up the systems to help cleanse them.
If you are bleeding you wouldn't want your system to speed up, because that would "prolong" the bleeding / gross it last longer. If you are bleeding to encourage it's stopping, you would want to slow your system down, relax, meditate, rest so that you would lose as little blood as possible.
I hope this is clear ample for you :).
Ginger is a blood thinner.
