How does vinegar and cranberry juice help pass a drug test?
Since THC is stored surrounded by the adipose tissue, what mechanism of action can cran liquid or apple vinegar take on the chemical level to purge this from the adipose tissue or is in attendance some other reason they work? Also, How can excessive amounts of water produce similar results and is it of assistance to drink lots of water several weeks before the urine try-out or just drinking large amounts a hours of daylight or 2 before?

well it help flush out your system but it is not a for sure thing that you would pass by a short time ago drinking fluids! My nephew has tried everything that others had said have made them pass drug tests. Nothing have worked for him. He fails them and some even knew he tried to alter the audition by taking something. The test may not be able to be fooled. The best style to pass a drug test is by not doing drugs.
But, if not a soul is going to be watching you pee you can have someone clean pee contained by a baby food jar and keep it between your legs (it have to be warm), then you can just pour it into the cup.
