How much weight can you lose with Apple Cider Vinegar?


I am a physically stirring person . I play sports (volleyball and basketball) and exercise. However, once I take a week past its sell-by date or so I instantly gain weight (and I fear for the summer when I own basically no activity!). I hear about AVC and what it can do. I'd like to try it but given my stature, I reflect too much of AVC can make me severely underweight. So on average, how much can you lose with Apple Cider Vinegar given a undisputed time period? And does it make you deficate everytime you use it or merely when you begin taking it?


Answer:    ACV will not make you severely underweight. It have no weight loss effect at all. It is well-mannered for your salad but has no documented health effect whatsoever, except softening your tooth enamel..
I don't know what you've read about apple cider vinager but it will not make you loose any shipment at all.

Instead look into your food sources.

Start by cutting rotten all the junk, pop, and sugars. I suggest white, brown, yellow, molasses, honey, syrops, etc. Go to your local health food store and buy "Stevia", the powdered form. It is an almost 0 calories sugar substitute from a plant beside no side effects like Splenda or simmilar. This will save you from sugar cravings. Eat sugar free cereal -read the labels-in the morning near fat-fat free mik or soya milk. Oats is the simplest and add the tip of a teaspoon of "stevia" and powdered cinnamon. You will learn how much you requirement.

Avoid fruit juices, the body treats them as sugar water, devour the whole fruit instead; always 20 minutes earlier a meal. If you already ate wait 2 hours.

Make sure here is always home made vegetable soup for you. It is very sedative for cravings. It is warm so you feel you are have a meal. You may add 1/3 cup of coocked unharmed wheat noodles to a large bowl of vegetable soup. Easy with the potatos within the soup, just a little bit is OK.

Eat slowly...Over chew adjectives your food. Time yourself so it is no less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Use a teaspoon instead of regular cuttlery at home. You will be amazed of how less you in fact need.

Eat only unbroken wheat bread and limit the amount to 2-3 slices per day. Avoid adjectives pastries. Instead eat fruit and fat-free yogurt with some berries and stevia. It is delightful, filling, and very nontoxic for dieting.

On your main meal at hand shall be first of all a large bowl of vegetable soup, your protein never fried, but cooked, baked, boiled, lot's of steam vegetables, use podgy free salsa for a topping, a good green salad with a apt quality low fat dressing and maybe a slice of whole wheat bread. Choose lean meats, preferably white. No skin near your chicken. Drink a lot of water. I other have a jar of lemonade made with authentic lemons in the fridge with "stevia", again , it feel like you are drinking with sugar, it taste great and free of calories. Buy herbal teas for a change sometimes. Avoid coffee ( I didn't say drink smaller number, I said avoid, no more), caffeine in general is out if you want to loose weightiness.

Carry a fruit or two wherever you go and your container next to your lemonade or herbal tea with stevia.
Have stevia tablets with you other .

Don't go to the supermarket hungry.

Do some cardio almost every day, choose something you relish.

Pay for some form of exercise, when there is money involved people are more commited to do it, doesn`t matter what "it" is.

Your Rec Centre will have the Spring/summer program with tons of things to do. Choose something fun.

Apple Cider Vinager is great for salads beside cold pressed olive oil extra virgin...but it will not make you loose bulk.
