Milk and dairy products actually contribute to osteoporosis instead of bringing calcium to the body. This be verified by a study at the Karolinska Institutt in Stockholm some 10 years ago.
The study was launch because one wondered why Scandinavia (where one drinks most cow milk in the whole world) have the highest rate of osteoporosis in the world, and why Japan (where one does not drink any cow milk at all) have practically no osteoporosis.
Keep away from milk and dairy products - except perhaps yoghurt which is not so acidifying.
Eat meat, fish, eggs and vegetable proteins like legumes. Don't forget fruits and vegetables for vitamins. Exercice to build up muscles.
And remember that at 15 you still hold many years of growth and natural body adjustment within front of you. Probably another 5 to 6 years.
