I am other FREEZING!?

I am somehow always cold.

My hands and the worst. They are always approaching ice cubes. They go numb too a lot.

My body warmth according to the thermometer is normal so I don't understand why I am freezing!

I sit at my desk with my jacket on freezing and everyone is wearing short sleeves and saw the classroom is warm.

Why am I always cold?

Is there anything I can do besides wear a jacket 24/7?
Answers:    Iron fewer anemia will produce symptoms such as excessive feelings of being cold, fatigue and exhaustion, unlikeable nasty headaches, paleness of skin, dizzy and faint spells, irritability and moodiness . are you eating enough iron rich foods??

A good road to check if you have iron deficiency anemia is to look at the coloring of the inner lid of your bottom eyelid .. pasty and white means that you are anemic, rich and red is thriving and not anemic

Please ensure that you are also getting enough calcium, vitamin D (known as the sunshine vitamin) and vitamins B6 and B12 as all these are needed for the effective assimilation of iron contained by your body . take a multi B complex supplement containing all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folate etc. particularly if you are vegegtarian or lactose intolerant . they adjectives work best as a group. don't buy any of the B complex of vitamins individually but rather as a whole group unless a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath specifically tell you to do so.

If you are eating enough iron rich foods such as leafy and green vegies, red meat, egg yolks, organic nuts, beans, asparagus and oatmeal and are still cold next your iron absorption is likely being inhibited by any a lack of B vitamins, calcium or vitamin D . oh, drinking coffee or tea within an hour of eating iron rich foods will inhibit iron's incorporation and eating vitamin C rich foods with iron rich foods will enhance iron's absorption.;0)

Drinking too much sodas, pop and soft drinks and coffee and tea will leach the calcium straight from your bones thus inhibiting iron digestion . sodas contain high amounts of phosphorus which unbalance the precious calcium phosphorus balance surrounded by our bodies ... thus, in an attempt to equalise the balance your body will simply take calcium from your bones ... short enough calcium you will never assimilate your iron supplies efficiently.

peace baby

What foods are righteous for treating nausea?

Yes there is plenty you can do to resolve this. First you need to look at your diet and what you are eating. A unpromising balanced diet of high fat content can slow down your circulatory system. When you get through heavy foods such as a large steak with potatoes or hastily food heavily inundated with the bad kind of flabby. What happens is a large portion of blood goes to the abdominal nouns to help in the digestion process of your stomach content. Thus reducing the amount of that warming blood away from your extremities. I will also point out if you are over consignment this can put a strain on blood vessels making it harder to regulate your heat do to restricted blood flow to your hands and foot. If you are a heavy smoker or a heavy coffee drinker and caffeinated sport drinks these too can have like effect of restricting blood vessels. There is a recent surge in the study of Cocoa/chocolate and its health benefits. To be more specific 80% or highly developed pure dark chocolate not made with a lot of sugar and no wax/emulsifiers. Studies enjoy proven that eating dark chocolate preferably organic pure 80% or complex has an effect on the circulatory system that creates a lubrication along the walls of the blood vessels. Thus allowing your blood to flow unrestricted. This occurs in about an hour to two hours after eating it. I would suggest you Google "dark chocolate form benefits". You may want to start if you have not already an exercise routine this will help you greatly as well. Take consideration!
