Answer: I've tried meditation and breathing exercises and it help. Unfortunately I still do the Citalopram each day too but oh okay. I really like John Kabat Zinn for meditation. His books and CD's are available through any library. I really think since you can communicate yourself into a panic attack that you should be able to gossip yourself down from them too. It just takes training?
Do you hold asthma or any respiratory problems? How about in broad how is your health? What are your outside stressers?

I've known people that enjoy had success near yoga and or exercise
I would prefer yoga because they deal with making the mind at peace thru exercise and mind.

Omega-3 Fish Oil is a natural mood stabilizer. I was recommended to whip it by an Eastern Medicine psychologist. At the time I was having issues beside anxiety and worries. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and have panic attacks pretty often (like conceivably once every 2 months). They calmed my mind and put me at ease. I take one gel tablet a day. They are fairly cheap too. Also- if you're sick of taking pills you can gain this marmalade type stuff at local health food stores. I forgot what its called but it looks similar to a little ketchup package and they flavor it beside orange extract so of course it doesn't weakness like fish. Its good to put on toast or sneak it into your cereal within the morning and mix it up- your body will never know! Only thing is, those boxes of the little packets are far more pricey next getting just a big jug of the capsule.
I absolutely hated taking adjectives the chemical crap like Zoloft, Risperdal, and Lemictal. Omega 3's are the way to stir!!
Also they are awesome for women's health- they make your skin and hair better and sustain with cramping and bloating. Do it!
