I enjoy settled to lift a fish grease ,Iodine and zinc supplements, recommendation and direction please?
I wish to increase my intake of omega 3, 6 and DHA, so I would assume that a general fish oil supplement that is to say not to expensive would cover that.
I also would like to increase my iodine and zinc levels, to improve my slow metabolism, I am unsure of the dosage required.
Would a tub of lava bread be adequate for this?
Answers: I'd suggest taking hemp oil capsules instead as they contain omega 3,6 AND 9. I feel they're better.
As for zinc, you can see surrounded by most multivitamin bottles the recommended daily amount (RDA) ? I don't know your condition but if you need more, than you'd best ask your Dr.
Iodine you should be careful next to, at best I'd only need iodine salt.
Unless you enjoy a specific condition, a general GOOD multivitmian such as Solgar's would cover you with any vitamin deficiency.
