I have an almost constant nervous stomach. Help?


I enjoy practiced deep breathing, but it is difficult to concentrate. What are some things I can do to calm myself?


Answer:    jump for a brisk 1/2 hour walk, get out some of that uneasy energy..
Ginger, or ginger tea. A remedy that has really be working for me lately (I had gastroentritis) is grapefruit seed extract ( I used the drops, but it also comes surrounded by pill form) 3 times a day mixed with liquid. It does have a bitter taste, and 1 probiotic per daytime. It's helped me tremendously. deglycernized licorice tablets--you can find them at a health food store
