Answers:    If it's prescribed to you, just bring in your prescription before the UA take place... that'll protect you from getting in trouble for taking it.
If it's not prescribed, then you're screwed. There is nothing that can remove that drug from your system aside from time and letting your body process it out. If in that were, you would have gotten several answers in the first hour or so... and so far, you haven't gotten any within the first few hours.
