I feel out of sync, anyone know of a natural treatment/diet?

I own a few various symptoms,

stomach aches,
i'm other thirsty,
terrible long-lasting headaches,
and it's sometimes stinging to swallow.

I've tried treating each on its own, but to no avail.

So, I am searching for something I can do to resync my body, whether it be diet, exercise, meditation, etc.

Thank you guys so much for suggestions

P.S. I already enjoy a fairly good diet. I devour fruit and vegetables constantly, and I drink lots of water.

Answer:    ``out of sync`` is not a medical condition.
You are describing a variety of symptoms that may or may not be related to respectively other, and may or may not be indicative of an underlying medical condition. For example, excessive thirst is one of the symptoms of diabetes.

Quit trying to diagnose and treat yourself, don`t ask strangers on the internet for medical advice (myself included !!) and see a doctor to get a proper assessment and relevant carrying out tests..
You might like to try alkalizing your body. Checkout this site for a remedy that suits you:

http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/alka...

The Section - Ted's Alkalizing Remedies is very adjectives and advice is all free. It cured my intestinal problems - I use their lemon+baking soda+water remedy and alkalize my body every week very soon. There are alot of blogs on this site - giving problems and symptoms as well as results from alkalizing and trying the remedies.

Also checkout the sections on using Coconut Oil and Hydrogen Peroxide - these are adjectives too.

I started using these alkalizing remedies two years ago because I thought I had intestinal Candida. I had stools similar to bricks, constipation, felt bloated, caught flu and colds regularly, pains in the intestines etc. Since alkalizing regularly - I haven't be ill with anything contained by the last 2 years and my guts are fine now.I am a 57 yo guy and hold no aches and pains now. These alkalizing remedies are stunningly simple and amazingly cheap.

Good Luck..
Stomach ache could be for a variety of reasons ~ you may be drinking fluids during your meal and this would only serve to dilute your digestive juices, if that's the covering drink up to 20 minutes before or after your meals to enhance the digestive process.

You may be intake your meals too fast thus gulping down nouns and giving you tummy aches and gas... chew each mouthfull really slowly and at lowest 20 times.

You may be dehydrated ~ this will cause tummy ache, bloating and cramping, headaches and migraines, puffy bags lower than your eyes and irritability and moodiness and constipation..... if so, drink more fresh filtered water and cut vertebrae on dehydrating drinks such as coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol (if you drink any) . all these things will rob you of your B complex of vitamins too, which are so essential for healthy neural, immune & digestive system functioning.. pilfer a B complex supplement to help you deal next to the stress of just daily living..... carry one including all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folate etc... as they work best as a group.

Things that could be robbing you of your precious B complex of vitamins are :- eating too much protein, alcohol, ingestion too much tinned food, antiobiotics, antidepressants, penicillin, prednisone and aspirin, diuretics and laxatives will rob you of your B complex of vitamins and vitamin C.

It is possible that you are suffering from a Vitamin B6 deficiency ~ this will produce terrible dry mouth which cannot be resolved no issue how much water you drink, night time muscle spasms, leg cramps, excessive urination, nausea and vomiting, numbness and tingling and prickling sensations contained by the outer extremities ..... vitamin B6 is needed for the effective assimilation of Vitamin B12 so if you are deficient surrounded by B6 (pyridoxine) then you will also be displaying symptoms of vitamin B12 (cycoanobalamin) deficiency ie: headache and migraines, irritability and moodiness, inability to think clearly, excessive sweating, chest pains and heart palpitations, depression, constipation and insomnia..... vitamin B12 is needed for effective iron assimilation, so if you are inadequate in B12 then you would also be displaying symptoms of iron less anaemia ie: fatigue and exhaustion, dizzy spells and fainting and loss of harmonize and paleness of skin. A quick bearing to check if you are iron deficient is to pull down the bottom lid of your eyelids and check the color. If it is red or threatening pink then you are healthy but if it is pasty and pasty white looking then you are more than likely iron not good enough.

Take the multi B complex supplement and see if that makes a difference ..... oh, also try to eat 6 small meal per day rather than 3 to bring the load off your digestive system and try to do away with the tummy aches
