I do it indoors and shoulden't be so I use a "sploof".

Google search sploof, its pretty much take an empty toilet treatise roll, grab 3-6 dryer sheets and place them near the end inside the tube and over the wind up, and then put a rubber band over it. Blow your smoke throguh there (or you can use article towel roll.)

USE THAT^ and your golden, it smells like dryer when the smoke comes out.
