Is there a holistic approach that can help my knee?


7 months ago I hurt my knees bad. I went to bend my right knees & it locked up a bit. I forced it down & heard my knee crack. It wasn't resembling a regular pop.. it was loud & it really hurt. After it happend it continued to pop whenever I bent my knee. I could bearing or run no problem but it hurt to exersice, go up or down my stairs, or just pick something up. I never go to the doctors because I don't have insurance & money's tight. My boss at the time who's a Massage Therapist tried to help. He found that one of the muscles on the side of my leg that be connect to my knee was really tight. He tried to loosen it beside massage & leg stretches & after it felt better. My knees stopped popping but it only lasted a few days than tightened subsidise up. Someone recently told me to try yoga & it has help out though every few days I'll still feel my knee pop & it really hurts. Does anyone hold any idea what I did or what else I can try? I hate the conception of having to live the rest of my life beside this pain.


Answer:    Suggest you consider seeing an orthopedic specialist.
This may have started out as something innocent, however next to continued injury, which you are claiming, it could become potentially dangerous.

You may be screwed. Could be a meniscus. May necessitate surgery. Many would say.. Do not...I repeat do NOT. Go to the doctor yet. Get a robustness insurance policy and wait a month. Then go to the doctor and tell stories and say your symptoms started a week ago. That way it will not be a pre existing condition and the insurance will pay packet. That is what many would say. You could try emu grease. Emu oil is often used as an anti-inflammatory that's said to be equal to Ibuprofen. People next to arthritis use it on their joints as well for cramp relief and it also contains vitamin E, A, Linoleic acid, and Oleic tart all to the benefit of your skin and joints..
Try to chafe it yourself, and just keep working and stretching it. Maybe you could try acupuncture or acupressure. I hope you be aware of better!!

Also, you could try a joint pain reliever. Check out the over-the-counter cubicle in the drug store..

you need to continue a rub regiment for a period of time... ask for a massage next to either eucalyptis or lavendar... truthfully, a medical analysis and probably a physical therapist is what you really requirement.

Massage it near eucalyptus oil. From my own experience I would not recommend either Yoga or Tai Chi - both can be extremely concrete on a bad knee. Strenghtening the muscles that support the knees joint can be helpful. If you could find a Yoga coach who understands the problem and can help you work around it it would be OK.

Although Tai Chi is placid it is done with knees bent and the weight of the upper body is borne by the knees joint.

I would put my "money" on Reiki for starters..
