Is there a yoga guru out there?


for the ending few years of my lyfe i have felt that i am beig surounded by a dim shadow of negativity. this is smething that i havent been able to see clearly untill a few weeks ago.
i listen to a few audiobooks on the subject and it suggest i invision surrounding my self by a bright ligh. i have done this and have make out that the dark energy would would shift away for a few hours or maybe a few days but it would be back short me knowing and i would be broadcasting that dark energy again.

what is going on to me. iknow that fear has greatly to do with it
any sugestions on how to get rid of this spirit?
any sugestions on how to do it?

i will share an experience with you
yesterday i visit a yoga arts school to check out prices.
i inmedietly notice that the energy within that place was great.
i dont know what happen, in recent times that it was the place to be.
when i left i feel that i left with some of that upright energy.
2 questions.
1. what ensue at the yoga place.
2.could yoga help me?

On every 3rd breath tilt you head to the right and breath within and on the exhale tilt it to the left and then stern center do this three times then back to the imaginative position

You are bring you whole body to be as one with the mind

Do this till your mind see only the breath and the importance of it to your enthusiasm

Then and now pay close attention to this

Then lug your hands with the thumb and finger still touching and place them within front of your closed eyes

Keeping your arms from the elbow to the shoulder against the body Only the fore arm is free of all contact with the body

Spread the fingers and thumb to what feel the same distance from each other on respectively hand Do not look at what they are doing you mind will see them

Then bring each finger and thumb still spread surrounded by this way together touching in the gentlest of track so soft you have to concentrate to feel them touch.

Place the thumb and first finger what should look close to a triangle
.. .. ... ...
(Place you hands in front of you right in a minute to see this triangle with the dip of the thumbs joining each other)

Then move your amalgamated hands slowly toward your mouth to stop with what feel like the distance of a the thickness of the little finger.

Then slowly move your fore arm to what feel the 10:00 point on the clock elbows not moving from their place on the body

Hold this for 3 breaths then feel the power within each finger and thumb and what feels resembling energy leaving respectively to go to the other mate it has other live with but never been within true contact as each finger and thumb is now

You will be letting the sparkle with in you complete it voyage to bring in you healthy in body and spirit

Stay within this place and position of hands for as long as you feel pleased at the consciousness of it

Then slowly move your hand back to their knees and to the proper Lotus position

eyes still closed never have seen a gleam of true light in the room

And to close this presume of your body on the earth and in mat with the true movement of the earth contained by it task to make year into night and night into hours of daylight

When you are ready to stand only do it next to the lower body touching the floor not the hands which are now done

I know exactly what you imply, sometimes I feel i'm surrounded my dark, denial energy.. Yes Yoga can help, anything that take you away from that dark place. I also have listen many tapes, and they say aloud about the white light, Its smooth for a while but then the energy bring back back to 'normal'

Yes alot is to do with concern, but also just surround yourself with positive inspiring general public, Have therapies and try meditation.
What probably happened at the yoga place, is that you picked up on the positive gusto there, that usually happens to me when i walk to Exhibitions, as there are many spiritual associates there, and i feel 'at home'
Also try and sense your thinking when you feel the negative dash, and try and think positive thoughts. Know that you are safe and immobilize and not alone!.
There is no truth in much of what is said. No dark, gloomy energy, nor bright positive energy. These are adjectives the workings of the restless mind.
What happenned at the yoga place is probably a conditioned response of your mind to a belief that yoga helps.
Various forms of meditation do help at ease the mind. But unless a major effort is done the mind will turn back to its games.
