I just bought Bacopa in powder form to help next to anxiety. I was wondering if it is safe to take it after a beer or two (not while drinking heavily). Also, is it indispensable to make a tea out of it or could I simply add the powder to a drink ( juice, beer, whatever)?
Answers:    It's never certainly been tested or studied well enough to draw any conclusion. While it's undeniably plausible for there to be an interaction with alcohol, none has ever be reported. However, given the safety record of most supplement manufacturers and oversight they're given, that's not saw all that much.
