Is there a medical drug that you don't have to be a certain age or hold to have a perscription to buy that are "happy pills"?
And are there ones that cause you relax when your stressed out?

Answers:    Sorry no non-prescription "happy pills" There are several herbal supplements used as relaxants, such as; valerian root (the strongest of all herbal relaxants), hops and catnip!! and to a less important extent, chamomile. They can lose their effectiveness with frequent use. There are also several other concoctions that are sometimes a mixture of the above plus other vitamins or herbs. These are of dubious attraction but are nice money makers for the manufacturers.
