Is it okay to take more than one (1) HERBAL supplements in one day?

Answer:    I probably take 10 to 12 a day, but I try to space them out, throughout the time to work more effectively. It's completely safe. Just be sure to check any drug interactions if you are taking any prescription drugs with the herb..
There can be interactions, so it's best to do some research before combining them.

In general, instead of popping lots of supplements, it's best to draw from one's vitamins, nutrients, and such from food. Food contains the most natural and purest forms of these substances. There are interactions among the various compounds contained by food that simply don't occur when they are extracted, lyophilized, and stored on a shelf for months.

Just something to consider..
Absolutely! As long as they don't interfere with respectively other (which is rare with supplements, even herbs) and as long as you're not taking any drugs that would enjoy any problem with the herbs, here is no problem whatsoever.
Heck, we've got customers that have told me they pilfer 80-100 supplements a day. granted, that's overkill, but still. Most of our customers take at least possible 5-10 supplements a day, so you should have no problem. Feel free to E-mail me if you hold any questions. Yes, but it depends on what herbal supplements you're wanting to combine, what if any medication you're already on, etc.
