Answers:    Your best (and safest) bet would be to ask a pharmacist if there are any interactions listed between the drugs you're wanting to take. Doctors and pharmacists both own access to a database of drug and supplement interactions and they can tell you quickly if you can safely clutch them together or not. anyone here will just have a best guess from searching on the internet (which isn't other accurate, as we all know) ;-)
FWIW, Drugs.com points out that it is an antihistamine, so I don't imagine it would have any issues, but it does voice "Some MEDICINES MAY INTERACT with Phenergan . Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines" and list some specifics that interact. Ibuprofen isn't on that list, but it's still recommended to ask to be on the safe side.
