I would similar to to add dry brushing to my health routine, and almost adjectives sources recommend doing it daily before a shower... However, my skin dries out glibly so I shower every other day or every two days (I sponge bath the areas that call for to be washed daily) so I was wondering, is it more far-reaching to dry brush on a daily basis, or since a shower?
