Is it safe to take 4 nyquil liquicaps?

Answer: No it is not. NyQuil contains acetaminophen ( Tylenol ) and to be exact extremely hard on your liver and overdosing it is quite smooth and can cause liver failure. Trust me you do not want to do that..
no, i would simply take the recomended dose cus it contains the active ingredient contained by tylenol acetementatophen...sp?...which in high doses can really mischief ur liver will it kill you probably not but it will do a bit of liver damage and make a contribution you a bad stomach ache.

A inherent alternative would be Zinc, Vitamin C and Willow Bark
