Is there a natural treatment for lower back pain?
I own lower back pain, and own been looking for a natural subsidise pain relief type treatment. What kind of things can I do? Pilates, yoga, weights, massage are all appropriate, but the only thing that really make it feel any better is to go to the chiropractor. I win nervous about the adjustment because it usually hurts, but at least possible I feel better for a few hours, or a few days if I am lucky.
Someone suggested that it has something to do beside stress and eating junk food, but I don't know how that could be. anything roughly any of that. any suggestions there?
Thanks
Answer: Strange but true!
When pregnant I had lower posterior pain but didn't want to take anything that would produce harm to my baby girl.
A friend told me that pomegranite have exactly the same properties as paracetamol and that eating it regularly would facilitate to ease the pain contained by my back - I started eating 1 a hours of daylight for about the last 5 months of my pregnancy and I didn't own another single episode with a sore back (until the contractions kicked surrounded by that is).
So try it, might work for you.

I know that the more you go to a chiropractor, the more you will need to be in motion in the future. It is resembling a drug, you're body gets so accustomed to it that it won't try to arrange it by itself.
The best thing to do is to exercise more surrounded by general, but especially in those that relax and unwind muscles, that are assured on the bones and joints and that work on muscle suppleness and flexibility. Consider yoga and swimming.
Furthermore, acupuncture and sport massages do wonders for anxiety and pinched nerves..
I found this great resource for rear legs pain treatment, including stuff for lower back cramp. This healer wrote a book on how to do chiropractic adjustments on yourself, but without cracking! It's really cool, I have problems with my neck, and very soon I can just adjust it even if I am waiting at a light or something. The hindmost adjustments are a little more, but I help my girlfriend a couple of days ago, and she's fine now. We just followed the instructions and looked at the photos to see how to do it.
It turned out that my nouns problem was because I ate too much sugar, believe it or not. He knows going on for that too, and it is in the book. You can download it, and it only costs 37 I contemplate, I just remember thinking it was partially what my chiro charges me.
Here's the link to a video of him telling what the book is roughly..
Some back pain may be attributed to a form of arthritis. There are some great unconscious products on the market including Glucosamine and Chondroitin and special joint formulas which enjoy proven to work wonders for all sorts of joint spasm including lower back. It's worth a try!
I've just launch a new website with a page staunch to comparing and informing people about these supplements and you can look in the site at http://www.healthycomparisons.com.au/art... . I hope the website is of use to you..
Buy a pull-up frame (maybe $100). Hang from it twice a day for a minute and it will stretch out your back (and arms). I'm 47, I do it, and I don't hold any back problems. if you carry your wallet within your back pocket ,that could be a reason for the lower subsidise pain or a pinched nerve too..
HUH? Yes it is stress and consumption junk food. I see that so much in my squeeze practice that I have had for 20 years. I hold had people who could only just walk or were contained by such bad pain who quit their commission or ended their stressful relationship get better on the double. I also see people on these new low carb diets who enjoy had chronic tension come within with no pain after getting rid of adjectives the junk. Sugar is the biggest culprit right up there next to caffeine and then foods that people are usually allergic to approaching dairy and gluten.
You probably need a combination of chiropractic and massage. Adjustments shouldn't hurt I don't estimate. If you get massage right beforehand the adjustment it should loosen up the muscles so that you adjust better. Physical therapy could help as capably as acupuncture.
If people ate better and followed their passions and get more in touch with their atmosphere it would probably put me out of business as a massage therapist! or more would see how dutiful massage is in preventing this form of stuff..
I think you are right on target with Pilates and yoga as something you can do to relieve final pain, as well as squeeze.
An easy thing to do that is to say effective is to lay on your back on the floor. Bring your knees to your chest the best you can and hold them. Now, rock slowly pay for and forth for a minute or two.
If you feel you want to go to a chiropractor and do not close to the "popping" adjustment, find a chiro that uses an activator. An activator is a small device that will adjust the alignment of your back with no more than a small "ping" sensation on your stern. NO PAIN!
Stress can be the culprit for some of your pain. Stress causes our muscles to tighten, whether we realize or not. Also, our diet of second-hand goods food can also negatively effect us. A close watch on what you eat will without doubt help. (you are what you eat). By not providing proper nutrition for your body can cause stress contained by your system and tighten muscles. good luck K
