Is in that a road of making enteric coating for a 1 mg cortisone tablet?

Answers:    Not at home, no.
Enteric coatings are very specially and carefully created to withstand stomach acid. If you made a home-made brew, it might protect it too much (so it won't be rapt in the intestines) or not enough (where it would start digesting in the stomach). Plus, they most commonly own smaller quantities of the ingredients in the pill than a non-enteric coated pills.
Besides that fact, if you did somehow fashion the right formulation, it wouldn't work if there was even the smallest part that wasn't completely covered by the coating... the stomach tart would get through that like a hole. In other words, if it's not a perfect coating, it won't work one and the same.
Also, if the coating isn't completely, it won't work the same either... if you just mix the superlative coating that isn't fully hardened, the muscles in your throat might squeeze some of it around or off the pill entirely.
It's just not a biddable idea to try to make your own enteric coating or your own pills. Sorry.
