Answer:    If there is something you want to do minus taking a whole lot of pills, you can use isolated whey protein powder. I used this to strengthen my immune system before starting on my chemo cycles. It worked wonders, my onc be amazed at how well I did thru all my chemo. (the chemo didn't rid me of cancer, but at lowest I stayed active and alert plus kept up all my blood while on the chemo)

If you resolve on the whey, buy the isolated, its easy to digest and comes with added vitamins and minerals already blended within the powder. Buy the natural flavor without added additives or artificial colorings and flavors. You can use one measure daily with wet or juice. I add fruits of my choice to keep hold of it appealing.

Whey powder isn't cheap, but neither is buying a whole wack load of supplements.. the whey 'out-weighs" the cost of adjectives the other supplements if you were to buy them all seperately.
