Is Pycnogenol any good?

I hear it was reccomended in AARP magazine.

Answer:    I used to provide pycnogenol but it was too pricey for most people. It is a wonderful antioxidant source. Look into grapeseed extract for a smaller quantity expensive version of the pine bark supplement. Both do wonders for your small blood vessel. Check swansonvitamins.com for good prices on both products..
MY daughter is taking it right now and as long as she is taking it every afternoon it works for her. I notice a big difference from when she takes it on a regular rota and when she dose not take. We have be out for a few days and her dad and i could really tell she was not on it.
she is taking it for tag on. The doc said if we wanted an alternative to a prescription this would be something to try.
so good luck on the use you need it
