green tea is considered a food. only because you try to smoke it doesnt make it a drug. however, it will probably be covered under the law for smoking in public places. ive never heard of someone smoking tea since all though i once tried to smoke mint leaves and it wasnt that bad. haha never hear that one before. i have see a guy try to smoke catnip tho, nasty guy.
