Is taking Multivitamins bad? from A to Z?
it say you can take from 2 to 3 a day, i transport one multivitamin and one vitamin E a day, i mean it can't be discouraging, but i want more info on it

Well the reality is that if you eat a upright diet you do not need vitamins. But that said. I believe that most people do not guzzle a good diet. Also it is said that there is no difference between innate and non natural vitamins. I used to believe that but I studied more and found out it is only to a certain extent true. Be aware that there are big differences in vitamins, In that some are made from plant extracts oartially. You hold to take more pills but my OPINION is that it is better. But I do have to enlighten you that other smart people have a different evaluation. So you can construct your own opinion on it and act appropriately. Vitamins are good. I also agree with TRUTH.
