I've tried every medication to natural sedation to even teas and still no sleep. I need help please!?





Answer:    so u have hard to sleep.
i couldnt sleep when i lived surrounded by norway i was like a zombie i tried to sleep no i couldnt.

it be because the wireless internet in the house first then they open a citywide wireless internet so wireless internet,cellphone use and even being on the computer can destroy a polite nights sleep but cellphone and wireless is the **** to avoid.
Stop all stimulants - caffeine (tea, coffee, chocolate), internet and tv a while beforehand bedtime. go read a nice calming book and hold some camomile tea or a warm bath instead.
If you can't sleep don't lay counting the minutes letting the frustration compound -- grasp up, read or meditate for a while. then try again.
When you are lying in bed stop the urge to thik/review. Instead concentrate on nice thoughts - a tropical island, bend gently blowing through your hair.

Lay in bed on your back concentrate on your breathing.
Inhale and suppose your breath is travelling to your toes and relax them and breath out, the next inhale send the breath to your legs.
