Kinesiology?

I reckon I am suffering from depression and a few other ailents. I went to my doctor who put me on anti-depressants, but they made me crazy. Someone recommended Kinesiology to me, saying it is amazingly helpful. I'm open to unusual ideas, especially something to get my vivacity back on track, but was wanting feedback from anyone who have had it, knows someone who have, or gives the treatment themselves.

Answer:    Kineselogy is usually done by chiropracters trained in it.
It can check your muscles for function and can also find food allergies & sensitivities. For treatment of depression I'd recommend acupuncture along with some dietary changes.
A suitable traditional Chinese medicine doctor can help push for you on diet as well as prescribe herbs to aid with several conditions. Some herbs can treat more than one robustness condition.Good luck..
Check out an excellent book written (first published in 1983 or 1985) by Dr John DIAMOND, a wellknown American psychiatrist who became a kinesiologist. He wrote a especially simple, comprehensive book explaining how kinesiology works and how it benefits the patient. I only enjoy the French title (L'énergie de vivre- 1996) but in English it would be something like
"Life's Energy" or "Vital Energy" or "The Universal Energy".
You'll get hold of all the useful info you call for out of this book.

Good luck to you..
Kinesiology? I think you have the wrong word...thats the study of human movements and is primarily a bogus degree (gym teachers usually core in this).

My health lecturer majored in that and said it was worthless.

Maybe your spelling it wrong?
