Looking for positive before & after experiences with taking vitamin supplement L-Theanine &/or sublingual b-12


I own been under some stress lately and started developing anxiety and madness attacks. I did not want to be put on any prescription meds so I went to a B natural and they recommended taking these two supplements together. Also if here is any other natural vitamins you have tried that hold worked.. any advice is helpful
