ok so i know that niacin helps to flush marijuana out of your system by increasing your metabolism, ive used it before and it works/helps at the very least possible.

but where does all the thc go? how does it flush out of your system, thats the with the sole purpose part i dont get. does it just dissapear? when you drink dampen to get out the pot, it goes out through your piss. when you sweat, it comes out through your sweat. but when using niacin where does it adjectives go? does it come out the next time you pee?
Answers:    You were misinformed.
Niacin does produce a "flush" which is much more approaching a hot flash. Its caused by a prostaglandin (a neuroendocrine messenger) cascade that is initiated by niacin. It cause dialation of the blood vessels. [So does excercise for that fact]. Doesn't do a darn thing to remove drugs from your system. There is a B vitamin that will (when paired with another supplement) curtain the ability of the chemicals in the drug test to detect pot, but its not niacin.
