Master cleanse/cayenne pepper question?


I'm on my first afternoon of The Master Cleanse. I made enough lemonade to get me through the time, however, I'm not sure if I used the right amount of pepper. I made it with 60 oz. of distilled water (i'm going to switch to spring water), 12 Tbsp. lemon liquid, 12 Tbsp. maple syrup and a little less than 1/2 teaspoon of the cayenne. drinking it is okay, but as soon as i stop, I consistency the pepper! It burns my throat so much, did I use too much, or is this what I'm supposed to be experiencing? Also, I think when I make it tomorrow, I will be using smaller number of the maple syrup... not my most favorite flavor! ;-) Although, much better then the salt sea


Answer:    Yeah, that's pretty normal... any time you have Cayenne pepper (or any other spicy pepper) surrounded by a drink, you'll have a very spicy after-taste. It's primarily that when the flow of liquid stops and the pepper is able to sit on your tongue, you'll perceive the burning. Unfortunately, decreasing the amount of pepper will lessen the impact of it (which is mostly circulation and whatnot).
If it's too spicy for you like that, you could follow it up with a swig of river, swish some milk in your mouth right after you drink the cleanse, or you could stick some plain bread in your mouth to suck up some of the river and spices... those are about the only ways I've hear of to efficiently take away the spicy burn surrounded by your mouth. That's normal with the cayenne pepper. Use smaller number if you want, but remember not to mess with the amount of the lemon. Go to the books recommendation. Pure maple syrup (organic) is nescessary with this cleanse because of its' essential minerals the body needs surrounded by order to sustain the cleanse! And the Lemon with its vitamins and potassium produce for a complete food. I don't know where you got your directions but it is flawed.
Syrup is sugar and no cleanse or diet of any humane should include sugar, The water you should be drinking for a liver cleanse is distilled drinking water. different than basically distilled water. One gallon per day.
One cup of apple cider or apple juice (organic) a day.
A little lemon liquid in the water every other sunshine and a little (A sprinkle of cayenne pepper in the marine. Cayenne is the only healthy pepper out at hand and is good to support the liver.
