The best thing on earth to restore to health the human body is The Human Body itself. You just need to honestly confer it everything it needs to heal itself..
I am not aware of any one entry that cures all ills, but I appreciate the teachings of escalating invasiveness. Start with the least invasive approach, such as meditate in this instance and progress in steps through other, more involved and more invasive steps until nouns is found. For instance, if meditation doesn't work move on to try crystals, reiki, color therapy, etc. later move to holistic or herbal pain killers later medicines, over counter then prescription, and so forth until you hold relief of the problem. I believe it is a case of mind over event. I don't believe in medication. Doctors tell folks that this pain medicine will steal the pain away and that's programmed in their minds. They clutch the meds and "think" the pain is gone. Well if the meds helped the aching, why did it come back? Um..
BEER!! YEAH! My Naturopath lecturer keep telling us that fasting is the cure for everything! I own done some reading into this and it seems fasting does contribute your body a rest so that it can heal itself but it's not advisable for treating people near chronic degenerative diseases.
Not sure how this will help with the backache but I guess you'll definitely need mental power to vigorous.
