MILK THISTLE. how many and when?
I am a moment ago about to start a good detox. I hold bought a lot of milk thistle pills from Spain when i was on holiday.
How various should i take, what time a day, and for how long?
Does anyone know exactly what they do?

Answer: I can communicate you exactly what it does. Nothing. Detoxification is naturopathic nonsense.
Your body does not need detoxifying from anything. Your liver and kidneys already remove adjectives the toxins that are a byproduct of metabolism. Eat right, get lots of exercise.

Thanks for the links, but if you actually READ the first one, it is a systematic review and it be INCONCLUSIVE. I was unable to achieve the second link to open, but the University of Maryland is not set to be a particularly credible facility for research into Alt Med.
I am not "ideologically" opposed to the use of herb...IF they are clinically proven safe and effective. I still voice the entire concept of detoxification is nonsense..
1-3 150mg capsules after meal is what is usually recommended of Standardized Milk Thistle 30:1. Like what has already been stated...other go by what is recommended on the bottle.
And drink lots of water

They are suppose to cleanse the liver, the great filter of the body. Please always take herb according to label directions or your alternative doctor's orders. You find more nutrients, even unknown or not discovered nonetheless nutrients in fruits and vegetables.
