Answers:    I do not know how much DXM that is, because most potential that medicine contains more than just DXM

For your first time, I would suggest...300 mgs of a DXM ONLY containing medicine.
My first time I did 690mgs and have the most intense experience Ive ever heard.

Ive learned that lower doses really dont do much at all.
