Multi-mineral supplement. How does it work?

Okay,
I tried finding it online but I cannot!
I steal a:
Calcium Carbonate (333 mg)
Magnesium Oxide (133 mg)
Zinc Oxide (5 mg)
Copper Oxide (334 mg)

I take a supplement which combines all the above minerals 3 times a time, but i can't find any info on how it works, or why these minerals work so well together. All I know is i feel tons better while i give somebody a lift this supplement

Answer:    Well calcium and magnesium are important for healthy muscle contraction and relaxation, zinc is basic for a healthy immune system, and copper is important for red blood cell formation. Those are probably the mechanism that explain why you are feeling better from taking minerals. Hope that is what you be wondering about!
