Answer:    dont take multivitamins. The individual vitamin you should be taking every day unless prescribed is vitamin c and b. Those are able to be eliminate when u go pee unlike all the other vitamins which are stored surrounded by fat.. and when u get too abundant of them you can actually poison yourself. Too much vitamin k and u will have blood poisoning.
