My doctor told me to take magnesium capsules for constipation, is magnesium with silica effecient?

Answer:    Yes, enough Magnesium can have laxative properties (which is why it's contained by Milk of Magnesia, but there are other things added to that). Be careful not to bear too much, though, as too much of any mineral can build up in your body over time... if nothing else, don't give somebody a lift too much for too long..
I work at a nursing home and when the residents cannot have a BM and are constipated the nurses give them milk of magnesium which I am assuming is alike thing, or they give them prune liquid both are nasty but when your constipated you need something! You hold to be careful with magnesium because it builds up surrounded by your system. Try this:

Being constipated make sure that you are drinking enough marine and try to stay away from coffee and soda. They are dehydrating to the body Magnesium with silica is efficient..
in good health yep! that's really all that Epsom salt is Magnesium.

so yep, that'll achieve the system up and running (no pun intendedn)
