My gf needs to strengthen her Immune system..?
I go to a health shop, and they said that these pills called Moducare Sterinol strengthen your immune system. Im skeptical on things similar to this, and i dont want her to be putting something in her body that could do more harm later good. Any input on this is great.
Answer: instead of giving her pills give her fruits ,blueberries for example good food much green avoid sugar, caffeine or food with hardened fats resembling cheap chocolate or cakes.
never warm up food surrounded by microwawe it destroy the food and make the blood buble.
steal walks or make something beside her outside cycle for example.
dont let her use cellphones or be in wireless internet nouns.
hug her much :),massage her(good for the wellbeing)
give supplements specifically better than pills like fish oil or fish from a verbs place.
a doctor can with a stick on her finger see if she have too little of some minerals, vitamins.
fitting luck.
Well, Moducare is a good product to boost your immune system, but that's just one type of ingredient to serve the immune system (it's just plant sterols and sterolins)... there are several others that can also support your immune system (and some are pretty cheaper).
Some of the most popular natural products for boosting the immune system are Colostrum, Mushrooms (Maitake, Shiitake, and Reishi), IP-6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate), Beta Glucans, Elderberry, Echinacea (should be taken short-term only), and any antioxidants. Anything that's refined or processed, e.g white flour, white sugar, in place meals has have all the beneficial stuff taken away so it's best to avoid those and eat wholegrains and unrefined and unprocessed foods. Organic food also doesn't hold the pesticides and artificial hormones and preservatives that other foods have. If you stick to fresh fruit and veg and organic or free inventory where possible then you'll be onto a suitable start for developing a stronger immune system. Alcohol and nicotine also depresses the immune system. If you follow these guidelines, you shouldn't really need to take any supplements.
A nutritionist would know how to look for any deficiences in yourself or your diet and advise you of any important supplements.
Good luck!.
I have a weak immune system myself. i hold chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, EBV and a bunch of other crap. I'm always getting sick...so i have to be as punctilious as i can.
stay away from processed foods. Fruits and veggies are rich in anti-oxidants. make sure she is constantly wash her hands. also, she should be taking a multi-vitamin EVERYDAY. on top of that, variety sure she is getting PLENTY of exercise because it significantly strengthens the immune system. hope this helps.
also, has she tried acupunture?.
Antioxidants strengthen the immune system ... and it's much nicer to sit and guzzle a bowl of berries (blueberries and raspberries mixed or separate) and top that off with a nice cup of pomegranate juice twice a day than it would be to pocket a pill whose 'ingredients' are suspect, at best. Also FISH ... especially fish like red salmon (buy only WILD not farmed) and tilapia that enjoy both antioxidants and Omega-3 fatty acids that are good for all of us. So don't dance to the 'health shop' but go to the grocer ... and if you can't get fresh you can still buy frozen ... they don't work moderately as well, but they still WORK ... fresh air, vitamins surrounded by the B family, daily exercises, glee, more fruits and vegetables good rest less stress, plenty of hose down, extra sunshine and a good friend to do all those things beside her.
good luck and God bless.
