Natural anesthetic?

We've tried:

Physical Therapy, Rest, Heat/Ice, Massage, Chiropractic, OTC's, and Rx (muscle relaxants and twinge killers - the latest is Hydromorphone which works for something like 2 to 2 &1/2 hours).

Recently went back to trying accupuncture but this have yet to do anything.

Also watching foods, getting exercize (walking, stretching, swimming), and working on spending two 10 minute sessions in gentle, peaceful, calmness (for insufficiency of a better word).

Vitamins & Minerals (multi, CoQ10, B2, Bcomplex 100) are also on board.

Do you have any adjectives suggestions for some sort of QUALITY and hopefully immediate pain nouns?

Dx - Compressed vertebrae (T6/7) due to an accident. Also shows herniation of disc into soft space V above.

Pain is centered mid back - between shoulder blades. It catch in the sternum, causes throbbing to go up the spinal column (probably muscular in nature) and lead to neck pain and repeated migraines.

Massage have helped and has also made things much worse.

Answer:    Hi Warmkoolaid
I infer what you mean about this person a crazy place to be put'n all our personal laundry and such but then again this is the Twenty-First Century and technology is the given name of the game. Most people are ready to lend a warm ear and kind heart and it is these associates that truly make this world a better place.

Now as for your pain issues. I am sorry you are have such difficulty. I would suggest that you get a second opinion. Then I would urge you to verbs working those painful areas within the supporting boundaries of sea. Water therapy is supportive, allows free movement without the cutting pulls of gravity or the physical forces of bounce. Have you checked into a TENS unit? Your PT or Doctor can prescribe one for you. Its just adequate to help interfere with the affliction messages and has benefit of bringing movement to areas you might not want to be moving because of the pain.

Keep up beside the Accupuncture. It should really help - if it doesnt in utter 4 to 6 weeks, talk to the person perfoming the procedures. Maybe they will own to do something else like electro -puncture or?

How long has it be since you've gotten a good massage? possibly its time to seek them out?

I see no one have really commented on your terminology of anesthesia - This I have no opinion on. I would say Willow Bark capsules (natural stomach-ache reliever) and talk to someone at your local Health Food store or Pharmacia about a unconscious anti-inflamatory.
Make sure you eat a diet rich in undamaged foods, keep your stresses low, keep your accurate spirits up, seek positive people to surround you, unclutter your vivacity and your home, and if someone does get back to you on something angelic for pain, please let me know. (I've tried several supposed WONDER PAIN RELIVER rubs but NONE work - so I seize what you are saying.)

Good Luck my friend..
general organic anesthetic :
the major pressure point used in acupressure is the Large Intestine pressure point situated somewhere at the remnant of the 'V' made between your index and your thumb. This works for your whole body. When pressed properly, pain should radiate from your foot upto your neck. Then numbing sets in. It does entail a bit of practice and force but it sure works. This technique is being used by some doctors in some countries where on earth people can't afford to pay for anesthesia e.g. for tooth extraction.
neck/shoulder pains :
Then, you also hold 2 pressure points (one on each side of your back at the height of your 7th verteabra at the base of your neck'). These are the ones to press when you suffer from neck/shoulder pains.
For the migraines :
the points are situated between your eyebrows and on your forehead then verbs the treatment with a massage of your skull also help. You can finish off the treatment by pressing the 2 points mentionned above for neck/shoulder pain. .
Make sure, back you start on yourself, to ask your acupuncturist to show you the exact points so that you can treat yourself whenever you feel the pain. It is extremely important to know exactly where those points are - acupressure/puncture points are severely specific points on very specific merdiens- for the treatment to be effective and to know what you are doing.
NEVER, EVER touch your spine.
Always start your press the furthest from the pain spot, moving gradually towards it.
Make sure that after respectively treatment you drink only warm fluids and avoid mortal in cold air condioning.
Try to other keep a good posture, keeping your spine straight resembling standing or sitting straight.
You can buy some books but it is still better to ask professional advice from your acupuncturist.
Take care..
Try to find a second chiropractic opinion. These are just approaching regular doc's they're all different. Some chiro's use different techniques. Stay away from traditional docs...they can't do anything but numb you. Have them embezzle new xrays and get that other view. As for the Dx...next step in my eyes is surgery and that won't be fitting for you either! Ever had an MRI? That may prove worthwhile. start drinking brother.
Go too MattFury.com and read in the region of "Spinal Bridging" and how it can relieve spinal pressure and open meridian channels. He have a lot of great ideas.
